The Forefront of Racial Health Equity Innovation

The Health Leads Research & Development team partners with communities to co-design and test solutions that challenge unjust systems and drive towards a more equitable future.
Communities know what needs to change — and what’s getting in the way. Our role is to listen, invest, and support them in moving ideas forward.
Explore our work, learn what’s emerging, and join us as a funder, partner, or local leader to design new solutions and spread tested ideas.

Join Our Community of Partners

“Partnering with Health Leads over the past few years has made a significant shift in our ability to demonstrate the value and impact of our systems change efforts that is driven by the communities we serve. Since day one, it has been an authentic collaboration, where we come together to explore, dig deep, and research to co-design processes and tools that will help us partner closely with communities that are most impacted by systemic barriers and the partners that are meant to support, to co-design effective, sustainable, and equitable solutions that help children, families, and communities thrive. The Health Leads team consistently demonstrates our values alignment in their daily practices and partnership.”
