A multi-week residency — consisting of program innovation and design workshops — that supports representatives from small community based organizations that do not typically have access to larger grants or investments.

This landscape studies looks to understand the trends, gaps, and bright spots in employment practices and institutional program designs when incorporating the Community Promotora Model to transform systems of care. An evaluation system will also be created and tested for the purpose of guiding better equitable program practices and collaboration between institutions, Promotoras, and community members.
