This landscape studies looks to understand the trends, gaps, and bright spots in employment practices and institutional program designs when incorporating the Community Promotora Model to transform systems of care. An evaluation system will also be created and tested for the purpose of guiding better equitable program practices and collaboration between institutions, Promotoras, and community members.
PLN looks to continue to scale and learn from the Community Promoter Model with the specific focus on how this model can transform systems of care. The R&D team of Health Leads proposes the utilization of some or all of the concept pipeline process to develop this evaluation framework with PLN.
